The Circumnavigator's Handbook

A guide to a successful cruise

Route Map

I've been getting a few questions and comments from sailors or those who would rather be off under a palm tree somewhere and I must say I've been enjoying it. So if you think I can help e-mail me.

I have added a bit from a book that I've begun about my circumnavigation: "Sail into the Sun". It is text only. I hope you like it. I seemed to have swallowed the anchor inadvertently. I had planned to stop for a couple of years to get the new boat ready. That was 6 years ago. My company, Web Raven has developed quite a lot of software so if you think it would help your company, you would be helping me. The Web is interesting but no substitute for the real thing.

"...nothing more can be attempted than to establish the beginning and the direction of an infinitely long road. The pretension of any systematic and definitive completeness would be, at least, a self-illusion."
-- George Simmel.
